Brothers,

As one of the requirements to maintain the status of our lodge as a non-profit organization and maintain our tax exempt status we are required to track, record and report our charitable endeavors. We understand that as masons we normally would like to keep our good deeds private and not pat ourselves on the back however we are now forced to do as such; this is the reason we are now asking you to help us in our efforts to track our combined good deeds. Your can download a sample list of charitable events and the forms to report your individual efforts. As indicated on the Charitable Event Record please complete the individual event slips along with the monthly report and turn all forms into the Lodge Secretary on or about the 1st stated meeting of each month.
